Our family of 4 had an amazing visit! The apartment was clean and spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The location was marvelous and close to stores and restaurants. The kitchen also had 2 burners, so I was able to cook home meals. The air conditioning was freezing, which was a plus for me! There’s also a beautiful park right across the street that is well lit that has different activities. The security police are always patrolling in their vehicles. Very safe with 2 gates and our front door. Definitely would recommend.

nice little uilding in despeartie need of cleaning inside and outside. Buy a powerwasher for Pete's sake! big gap under the entry door and a big lizard came and ran around the front room our first night. Also we had 50 or so case bug cocoons all over especail in the door jambs and corners of the walls. Kitchen items were old and cheap. Bedroom light is old, crusty and didn't work. Bathroom mirror needs to be replaced. Wouldn't take much to make this place much more comfortable and protect your valuable investment!

I loved the room and the location and had a great sleep. The room was large and nicely appointed. The space felt very secure, my room was large and had a fantastic patio and cool decor. My only feedback is about entering the property. I had difficulty with the gate and was instructed to look for angel statues to find the key but the statues were covered with bags of laundry so it took a while. It was still a 5 star experience and I will be back.

The directions were concise and easy to follow. The room is clean and well stocked with what you would normally find in a small rental with kitchenette. We just had an overnight stay so did not experience any extra amenities offered or interactions with the host.

Our stay at La Esmeralda was absolutely wonderful. We spent 2 nights here and I loved the location to the airport and Old San Juan. It’s close to everything! The room was well kept with AC on when we arrived. Check in and Check out process was so efficient and easy. Even provided free secure private parking. There was a dog next door that barked at night. But he barks when needed as a guard dog should. (Extra peace of mind) nothing I would complain about. The property it’s super cute that even includes beach towels and coolers if you would like to keep drinks cold while you enjoy PR. We felt safe here and will definitely be coming back to check out the other rooms available. Thanks a bunch!!!

I liked the place but the room needs an upgrade the mattress you can feel the springs under, the TV is very small compared to the big wall. The staff is very friendly and professional. There’s a coffee maker but no coffee available only instant coffee. No sugar only few sugar free.
