Room was super small not big enough for 2 ppl, bathroom had sink issues,wifi was weak, 1 accessible power outlets ,couldn’t find pool that was listed, basically what’s was advertised online looked totally different ….. if you wanna just party and sleep and get up and go then it would be good for you (1 person)

My stay was a last minute book and only stayed for a few hours before my flight out of PR. The employee that helped me was super nice and I can’t complain. Everything I needed was close by. Perfect if you don’t have a car, parking is a nightmare in that area

TV did not work. Mold in shower. AC unit leaked onto floor. Toaster set off smoke alarm. Area was directly on busy street with loud noise all night. Streets are not well lit with run down buildings around. And our room was on 3rd floor with no elevator, so had to carry luggage up stairs with my bad back.

Our room was clean and management was quick to respond to inquiries and resolve minor issues. We enjoyed the amenities provided including the kitchen area and shampoo/soap provided. The location was convenient with a pharmacy, supermarket, and many restaurants within walking distance. If you are sensitive to noise, I recommend trying to request a rear facing or side facing room, as the apartment complex is located on a busy road. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

This was perfect for a long weekend stay. It was only a 10-15 minute uber drive from old San Juan. It was a block away from a grocery store and had a couple of food places that were within walking distance. The only thing is that I wasn’t really aware that this location had two entrances on two different streets. Perhaps I didn’t read that anywhere on the booking but we went into the main entrance but couldn’t find our room. And then we went to the next street over and realized we were behind the apartment building. So be sure to choose the correct entrance when booking your uber ride. The pool area is directly connected to the front of the building but for rooms like ours, we had to wander through the walk ways to find the pool. And then the AC unit in our room was noisy when it was on. It seemed to be working fine and was cooling well, but if you’re a light sleeper then the whirring of the machine might keep you up.

The stay at la Mona Loiza Complex! The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of places to eat nearby, making it easy to grab a meal without having to travel far. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a great home away from home. Getting around was a breeze, thanks to the easy access to the property. Additionally, the communication with the staff was excellent; they were friendly and quick to respond to any questions or needs. Overall, it was a perfect choice for my stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We have enjoyed our stay at this property. It's close to a grocery store, to the ocean and to bus lines going to old San Juan and beaches. There is as well a nice and enjoyable commun area for the guest to chill. And most of all they are very responsive to any of your request.

the space was just enough for what we needed for the one night. Shower never got above warm - window in shower was broken and had to manually be closed. Bathroom also needed a better cleaning. AC was great and made the room comfortable but the curtain for the window in front of it could have been shortened to accommodate for the placement of the AC unit
