When you need some relaxing downtime between outings, unwind in the spacious sitting room, put a movie on the Smart TV, and cool off in the air conditioning. And don’t worry about power outages disrupting your stay—this apartment features a reliable backup generator to ensure your comfort throughout your visit. If you prefer the fresh air, there is an additional sitting area on the covered patio with a small table and 3 chairs. In the sitting room, you’ll find an office desk and chair creating the perfect laptop-friendly workspace if needed.

The rooms are filled with natural light, or you can pull down the shades to block the sun and sleep in late. To ensure your comfort, the room includes a ceiling fan and air conditioning, and for added convenience, it has an ensuite full bath with a walk-in shower and ample closet space.

For those inevitable thrills and spills, there’s a laundry closet in the hall with a stacked washer and dryer.

While we will do everything possible to make your stay comfortable, we cannot be held responsible for service interruptions, and refunds will not be issued for outages.

This is a self-check-in property. You will use a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full instructions will be provided before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we are available seven days a week! Should you need anything, just send us a message!

Plus, it offers a variety of eclectic dining options, lively nightlife, and essential amenities.

The property is approximately 5.5 km | 3 mi from the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU). The area is well-served by public transportation, including buses and taxis, providing easy connectivity to key destinations within San Juan. If you rent a car, which is highly recommended for exploring beyond the cities or reaching more remote destinations, there’s gated parking on site.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited—failure to comply results in a $200 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- 2 Pets under 60 pounds each are allowed for a fee. Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.
