Welcome to our charming oceanfront apartment in beautiful Isla Verde!



This spacious retreat comfortably accommodates up to four guests and provides the ideal setting for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The complex offers direct beach access where you can even rent jet skis! Additionally, we are conveniently located just an 8-minute drive from the airport, 5 minutes from Condado, and 10 minutes from Old San Juan.



The Space:

Delighted to highlight the features of our 2-bedroom retreat.



The bedrooms feature a spacious king bed in one and a cozy queen bed in the other, ensuring restful nights. Two beautifully appointed bathrooms, a generous walk-in closet, and a full kitchen equipped for culinary adventures provide all the comforts of home.



Relax and entertain in the two inviting living areas, or step onto the balcony to enjoy stunning beachfront views. The elegant dining table sets the scene for memorable meals.



For your convenience, we've provided one roll of paper towels in the kitchen and two rolls in each bathroom. Should you need more, there are local pharmacies and supermarkets nearby.



Guest Access:

While the pool is currently under renovation, you'll still have full access to the gym and the beautiful beach.



Please note that if you're renting a vehicle, the parking garage has a low ceiling. Trucks and tall cars will not be able to enter.



Additionally, as mentioned previously, the ESJ building is undergoing renovations. There will be workers on the exterior of the building from 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays, and you may experience some intermittent noise during those times.



By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the listing information.



Getting Around:

If you plan to explore the area and places such as Condado, Old San Juan, for example, you may use scooter and/or ubers.

If you wish to explore further away places, such as Rincón or Aguadilla, renting a car can be a great option.



Other Things to Note:

You will have as a gift a complimentary free drink in the hotel bar once booking with us!



Please be advised that the building is undergoing construction weekdays from 10 AM to 5 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control as it is a building-wide project. We wanted to let you know in advance so you can plan your daytime activities accordingly.



Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the care of our property, a $200 refundable security deposit is required for all stays. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:



- Payment Process: A team member will contact you after booking confirmation to arrange payment, typically one day prior to your arrival.



- Requirement: This deposit must be settled before check-in. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy in agreedment with Airbnb.



- Refund Policy: The full deposit will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days after check-out, provided no damages or rule violations occur.



- Deductions: In the event of damage or necessary incidentals, you will receive a summary of deductions along with the remaining balance.
