This Ocean Front Studio offers incredible Ocean and Beach views, as well as the Condado Lagoon and city in one of the best urban waterfront locations. Studio is located next to the Caribe Hilton hotel and walking distance to 2 popular Beaches, water sports at Condado Lagoon, 20 + Restaurants, Shops and Old San Juan. Easy access to the Historic 17th Century San Cristobal fort a the base of the complex featuring events and historical tours. 5 Minutes away from new entertainment center featuring bars, restaurants, events and the famous Toro Verde zip line and store.

The Studio sleeps up to 4 guests with 2 Queen beds, a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. Relax in your balcony overlooking the Condado Beach, Lagoon and Ocean. Condado Lagoon Villas features a Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, Laundry Room, Full Power Generator and Water Tank.

This is an AH-MAZING property. It is right next door to the Caribe Hilton. The rooms are just as nice as the view is just as great as the Caribe Hilton at half the price. Do not hestitate to book here. It does not have a restaurant but there are so many in the area and frankly we like getting out into the culture (out of the programmed hotel food) and it had wonderful food options within a block. We enjoyed shrimp tacos, mango margaritas, rice and beans, three layer milk cake, all the things that make Puerto Rico the place to vacation to. Simply a wonderful vacation. Thank you Sally! Until next time! Oh, and a quick walk across the beautiful bridge and you have a plethora of more restaurants and the beautiful Condado beach if you choose to lounge and DRINK or just have family fun and snorkel. Enjoy!

Entire property is dated, and not overly well kept. Room is basically a small hotel room with a small balcony, with a nice view. Workout room is poor(at best) Pool and hot tub area are average to below average. A/C works, however room has a bit of musty odor. Not a bad location, easy walk (1/2 mile) to great public beach Escambia, which is free and nice. Nice option for snorkeling as it has a reef and is beautiful. A bit over a mile to T-mobile and start of Condado beach area. A bit further to old town area. Not a ton lot of restaurants, bars, coffee shops in immediate area. 100/day pp for pool/beach access next door @ Caribe Hilton. Overall, average and definitely would not want to overpay for this locale.

Communication with Sally was great -- she was quick to respond to questions even before I arrived in PR. Room was nicely accoutered. Too, it was fun to have a balcony w/view of ocean (and lagoon) while on business at nearby convention center. Very pleasant stay!

The room is clean and neat. The view is amazing! This property is managed by a firm that only places people at the front desk. They will not help or even answer simple questions like the best place to eat or where is the closest beach. When I tried to call the contact I was given in the room no one picked up. Because of the location of the AC, the balcony is not a pleasant place to sit and eat, so we brought the table inside and found that the room was big enough to move around comfortably even with the table in the middle of the beds.

This was the perfect location for our family. The balcony was perfect for a morning cup of coffee or teenagers who wanted some privacy to sit outside in the evening. The pool and hot tub area felt private and never crowded. Beaches are just a short walk away. The park is perfect for a walk that includes some shade. For a longer walk, we enjoyed crossing the bridge to Condado as well as passing through the government district on the way to San Juan. Ubers are also easily accessible and pick up at the front door. We did have a couple issues pop up in our room, but they were resolved immediately when I reached out to the host, Sally. I can’t say this loud enough. Sally is super communicative and responsive, which is priceless when you are traveling far from home and the inevitable questions or issues pop up. We would definitely stay here again because of the combined excellence of the location and host.

Slice of paradise

The location was perfect. The room was spotless with water bottles in the fridge a hot plate to cook, plenty of toiletries, real coffee and very convenient. It is adjacent to the Caribe Hilton Hotel, has a balcony over looking the ocean and is in walking distance from the beach and water activities. The host was responsive and the guard is friendly. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature. I'd definitely stay here again.

PR oceanfront studio

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The studio was very small but it worked for the two of us. It had a stunning view of the lagoon and was close to other businesses. Sally was very kind and helpful in providing us with sight seeing information and ? we had asked about so was the concierge service. It was an overall memorable stay. Thank you!!

Disappointed

The only thing that I like about this location was the view. The hotel itself is in need of repairs from poor water pressure in shower to the jacuzzi working the on and off button is broken. The room was not serviced in the week that I was there and when I asked I was told I had to pay $75 cash. I asked for clean towels and it took hours to get. There is no parking available so that was a hassle. Had to park at an abandoned hotel called the Normandie it’s dark and cost is $20 for overnight parking. The place is dark with no security. The property could be much better. The vending machines on second floor are in a secluded area that looked sketchy. The guard at front desk was the only person you will interact with he was helpful. The property does have a few good restaurants near by and a quick place to grab pizza etc. There’s a dispensary weed shop right on the corner saw some young people late at night getting their fix on. This property is in a nice place but definitely need modern upgrades for the amount of money we paid .

Memorable Getaway

We had an incredible stay at this property! The room was fantastic, offering a breathtaking oceanfront view. The neighborhood was perfect with excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly recommend for a memorable getaway.

Nicely decorated room and adequate facilities. Good location within walking distance to restaurants - beach - and kayak rentals. The water in the condo does not get very hot and the bed I found to be quite hard and uncomfortable but those are the only two reasons for 4 stars instead of 5.
