The reception staff was so nice and helpful. And the restaurant and bar staff friendly and top notch. The room was great and this was a great location to be able to walk around and see Old San Jaun.

The property was great but the majority of the staff, especially the hostess at the restaurant and some of the registration staff were incredibly unfriendly. I was ready to leave both the hotel and Puerto Rico for this reason, as this was a consistent experience.

Myself, husband, and two young kids had an amazing stay. The hotel felt fancy. We loved the rooftop pool. Very clean. The view was gorgeous! Go get an iced latte at the rumbao market. Try the quesedilla for lunch and the salmon for dinner at the rumbao restaurant. Try the Paradiso cocktail at the bar. The staff was friendly, kind, and quick to help. We really just loved it!
