My home is in Levittown, and we have power and water. It's a secure and fantastic neighborhood in a great location with a mix of locals and tourists. If you are looking for a more Puerto Rican authentic flavor, this is the place! By car, you are 15 min. away from the touristic zone, 8 min. from the Bacardi Distillery and 8-10 min walk to the beach.

Come to Puerto Rico: a great place to have a pleasant vacation at an affordable price! You will love the area and your stay!

The space
ALL NEW one bedroom apartment with a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed; totally remodeled and new on the market! The apartment is fully equipped with brand-new furniture, stainless steel appliances and a smart LED TV with Netflix, Direct TV, and ROKU. Currently sleeps 4, equipped kitchen and bathroom, A/C, beach chairs, towels and so much more.

Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Guest access
You will have full access to your space; the apartment listed in the description along with all the photos. The front yard will be accessible just for yourselves where you can enjoy a nice cold local beer!

Please note that I have a very curious little dog who might get very excited upon your arrival, welcoming you with a couple of barks! However, she will not be accessing your place, so no worries.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Punta Salinas. A kitchen and a TV are available in the holiday home.
