The hotel is in an excellent location to the beach, -about 60 seconds walking distance. Jessica at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating during check-in. We loved the restaurant attached to the hotel, DucleSalado and elate there almost daily during our stay. Highly recommended staying here!

I’m a glad that I decided to go with this Gem. The photos were an exact match to the website. There room was huge & bed comfy. The staff was very polite, helpful & accommodating. I had a small electric issue with my plug but they were quick to repair. The pool was small but open to use. I love this hotel & will be staying again. It’s also walkable like 3 minutes to the beach & whatever you need.

Location is just a block from the beach. We didn't go, as it rained on us. Instead, we hit the local coffee shops and restaurants in the area. This is a cute hotel. No elevator, but the stairs are short. The rooms are a little small, but they are super cute and the linens are great. Bud was comfy, AC worked great, staff was so unbelievelably nice. I'd stay here again. There is a lovely on site restaurant that does finer food and other food is just a block or two away.

Ce petit hôtel boutique est en excellente condition et le service est wow. Il est situé à moins de 5 minutes à pied d'une plage tranquille et même plus belle que Condado. C'est un coin plus tranquille de la ville donc moins bruyant mais il y a une dizaine de restaurants à moins de 10 minutes à pied. N'hésitez pas à demander des chaises de plage, serviettes et parasol à la réception, c'est gratuit

First time in PR! And I loved it! Tropica beach hotel is a gem! It's a small boutique hotel tucked in a residential area, but it's super cute, super chic! The hotel is locked through the night so you need your key to get in but it feels very safe. Andrea, Jessica, and Veronica were amazing. Andrea checked us in and was so welcoming, the welcome cocktail was delicious! These ladies were all so helpful: food suggestions, things to do, taxi's, general information, and ALOE for burn relief on the flight home. . . . they went above and beyond to help! We didn't spend much time at the hotel but it was so nice to walk in to good vibes! Thank you for an amazing stay ladies! I would totally stay here again!

Quaint hotel with in convenient location

The hotel was in a convenient location. There were a lot of shops and the beach all within walking distance. The traffic going by late at night was very loud. it’s a unique and clean hotel with the tiniest pool.
