The Space:
Villa Dorada is a beautiful 2 story villa located within the exclusive The Greens Community in Dorado Beach. This property has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a covered terrace with a panoramic view of the lake and golf course, and a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking lush tropical gardens. The Villa has a central air conditioner throughout the entire villa. The amenities include a pool, tennis courts, 24-hour security, walking, and bike trails, and beach access.

LIVING AREAS
Villa Dorada has a large living room with oversized windows overlooking the terrace with views of the tropical gardens and course. The living room connects seamlessly to the cozy kitchen and laundry room. It features a 60-inch flat-screen TV, 4 person dining table, comfortable sofas, and a cozy loveseat. The Villa is ready for entertainment.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Villa Dorada features 2 Master suites with one on the main level and the other on the second floor. The main master bedroom has one queen bed, loveseat, grand walking closet, private access to the terrace, a flat-screen TV, and a large en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, and his and her sinks. The 2nd bedroom has two bunk beds with full-size beds and a spacious bathroom with a stone shower. 3rd bedroom is located privately on the second level. This Master Suite has a queen-size bed, 50" flat screen tv, a private balcony overlooking the golf course, and an on-suite private bathroom with a grand jacuzzi. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated with comfort in mind.
PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY):
We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.
KITCHEN
Villa Dorada has a very cozy, fully stocked, and comfortable kitchen. The kitchen has a counter space that is ideal for serving meals buffet style. The breakfast dining table sits 4 and it is perfect to sit while enjoying your morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, stovetop, oven, coffee maker, and toaster. It has a great working station with a PC, great for a little work time while on vacation.
GETTING AROUND & PARKING
The property includes parking for up to two (2) vehicles.
Renting a car is a must when staying in Dorado. You will need it to move around to nearby restaurants, shops, and beaches as well as to explore the rest of the island.
LOCATION
Villa Dorada is located inside the Dorado Beach Resort in Dorado, Puerto Rico. This community is famous for its gorgeous tropical grounds and beautiful beach. This is a safe and gated community that is great for families and anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation in the tropics. Villa Dorada is a 40-minute drive from San Juan and the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport.
Besides enjoying the beautiful villa and all amenities on offer, there are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites:
Explore the local culinary scene with everything from local Puerto Rican food to excellent Italian and Mexican options.
Road trip to the Cerro Gordo Public Beach or walk down the shore to Dorado Public Beaches. Both of these are long sandy beaches that are well protected from swell and are a 5-minute drive from the villa.
Explore the Camuy Caves – a huge cave system about an hour's drive away that is home to the third-longest underwater river in the world.
Spend a day in Old San Juan, a 30 min drive away and the oldest city in all of the US.

STARTER AMENITIES
At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.
All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.
We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:
- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)
- 3 garbage bags
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)
- 1 dish soap
- 1 dish sponge
- A small amount of laundry detergent
Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.
Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.
HOUSE RULES
RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.
UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 8 adults/children at all times, including visitors. [ASEGURAR DE EDITAR AQUI LA CANTIDAD MAXIMA EN LA PROPIEDAD]
OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.
TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.
TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.
SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.
If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.
If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.
Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.
