Unwind in San Luis Obispo at this delightful ranch house! Our modern farm style ranch house is set within a 5 acre working horse farm. A newly renovated, 2 bedroom / 1 bath home features vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, spacious kitchen, and private fenced-in yard. It has an additional sleeper sofa in the living room. The home sleeps 6 comfortably & we allow well behaved, supervised dogs.

Our get away is a unique vacation rental property because of its convenient location to all the amenities of the city, yet the best of quiet country living.

We are a horse boarding facility. So we are a lively ranch with boarders and their horses coming and going. We also offer training on site in our arenas which you are welcome to view. The Ranch Retreat is exactly that! It is a serene quiet retreat! The hustle and bustle takes place on the other parts of the property.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Features include laundry facilities. The holiday home offers a TV and a microwave.

We loved having the horses and cows look at us when we came and went and they were quiet and peaceful to be around. Very quiet and dark place to get a good nights sleep and we will stay here again.

What a great place!! More than we could imagine! Very kind hosts and wonderful property and views! Celebrated an early Christmas with our 95 year old dad and our girls, his granddaughters! Very special weekend. This place was very welcoming and decorated in the Christmas holiday!! We absolutely loved it and look forward to coming back!!

My husband and I stayed at the Coastal Equine Ranch Retreat while we visited our son who is a student at CalPoly and had a wonderful stay. We had our dog with us and loved that the place is dog-friendly. Courtney was really easy to communicate with and responded very promptly. The place is exactly as it is listed and was very clean. The only bummer about our stay was that it was raining, so we couldn't really enjoy the backyard or walk around much to see the horses. Otherwise, everything was great. The location is the best too - super convenient to everything from downtown, Target, campus and great trails to run/hike. We would definitely stay here again!
