This hotel is very nice! We enjoyed our stay! The staff were very nice and friendly all around from the receptionist to the caretaker down to the helpers in the buffet kitchen! We had a very good experience overall! Highly recommend !👍

Mattress need to be replaced. You can hear and feel when people or kids are coming up stairs or running. We had to remind the staff regarding our vip status after they double question us about it. Best thing were the ocean view from balcony room

Beautiful property with Warm staff

Staff was exceptional. They tended to small details that show their care in hospitality. Minor detail - coffee in lobby early for those of us early risers traveling with family we don't want to wake up by making in-room coffee. Great experience overall

We had a wonderful stay at Shore Cliff Hotel. Of course the views were stunning and the rooms were nice but the staff was particularly awesome! They helped with everything from early check in, local recommendations, telling us about the amenities (weekend yoga, beach chairs and umbrella to borrow) and even sent over dish soap so we could wash our sons bottles. They were awesome and so was our stay! Would come back in the future.
