Gorgeous detached house located around 350 mt from the town center, in a green complex consisting of four groups of villas. The apartment is spread over three floors and it can accommodate up to 8 guests. On the ground floor it features a cozy living room with a double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a room with a bunk-bed, a bathroom with shower and a covered porch. On the first floor there is a room with a double bed, a room with two single beds, a bathroom. Both rooms provide a terrace. On the top floor you will find a solarium area where you can enjoy your outdoor time during your vacation. Additionally, the apartment provides A/C and 1 uncovered reserved parking space.
Beach distance: 550 mt.
