Housekeeping is based on stays of 3 nights, one housekeeping services for every three nights booked. Book 6 nights and get two housekeeping services. Let us know which dates during your stay you would like housekeeping to be done. Additional house keeping can be arranged for an additional cost.
This villa is located in a quiet part of Ambergris Caye surrounded by lush palm forest. With smooth roads, this beach on the west side of the island is a real treat. Or head to the vibrant town of San Pedro to experience the charm of Belize's restaurants, shops, boutiques, bars, and friendly locals.
Guests have full access to their rooms and veranda. Shared space includes the grounds, and beach. Laundry service is available for a small fee
This room is elevated off the ground 4 feet so it has stairs, and access to the rooftop patio is also by stairway.

The reef is close in our area, making for an easy paddle in one of our kayaks for a snorkel or fishing trip.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING: Please be advised that the rate quoted on this platform does not include a mandatory 6% resort fee and 9% government tax payable by all visitors to the country of Belize. This amount will be charged at check-in and is payable by cash or credit card. The reason the fee is not included in this platform is to save our guests a few dollars given that this platform charges their fees in addition to whatever rate is added online. Therefore, by paying the taxes at check-in, you save a few dollars that you can instead enjoy in the country.
