Welcome to VIVA Residences! Experience a stylish, centrally located retreat in this modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on the third floor of VIVA Residences. This spacious and unique unit offers comfort and convenience in the heart of San Pedro, just steps from all the island’s attractions. Two grocery stores are less than two minutes away, and the Caribbean Sea is only a block from your door. You’ll also be just steps away from some of San Pedro’s most popular restaurants; Caramba Restaurant, Elvi’s Kitchen, and El Fogon. We’re here to answer any questions and help make your vacation unforgettable—just one click away from your best trip yet!
The Space
Stay at VIVA Residences, Unit 303, in the lively center of San Pedro. This third-floor apartment requires a short walk-up stairs and is perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking a comfortable, stylish getaway. The bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet with a safe for valuables, and ample space to relax. The bathroom includes a spacious shower, a beautiful mirror, and a washer and dryer with towels provided for your convenience.
The living area has a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings after exploring. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee maker, blender, and dishwasher. It also includes basic cooking utensils and a dining table with three chairs for meals or snacks in.
This modern, beautifully renovated apartment is designed to meet all your needs and ensure a memorable stay.

Enjoy the shared balcony outside the unit, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching San Pedro come alive or unwinding with a sunset cocktail. It’s an ideal spot for people-watching and soaking in the island atmosphere.

There’s so much to explore on the island, and our past guests have been very satisfied with their stays, as reflected in our reviews. Please note that access to the unit is via stairs, as there is no elevator.
