Poor room quality, dirty bed/pillows, AC didn’t work, cold water didn’t work, room phone to ask front desk for wake up call didn’t work. Free meals are just as bad as the room quality. Be careful before staying in this place. Only locals like to enjoy this place. Try other beaches before considering this place, but if you don’t have an option… avoid staying in room 215.

Only complaint is there was little to no hot water for the showers. You would have to take a shower before 6 am or after midnight. I am not sure if it was just our bungalow or widespread. The facilities were nice. Nightly entertainment was lively and fun. Guests are encouraged to participate. I would visit again.

The people of nicaragua are very nice people and very caring. A lot of the food was pretty nice besides a few options but that’s ok, i do not expect perfection. Overall the views were amazing, people always welcome you, you always felt safe, and the facilities are well maintained. I would say the price is fair for such a popular place and if you plan to visit nicaragua, it’s a place worth going to. Obviously always research before hand

I had been there about 8 years ago, this trip reveal that the quality of the staff and food has change to not good. The type of people also changed , not very pleasant at all. I would not come back just because is not elite as it used to be. There was excessive wait time to check in and check out, there was too many people of poor behaviour , I did not enjoyed there company. the room frig, a/c , tv etc are ran down or not working at all. I would not recomend this hotel.
