A basic and comfortable hotel. The staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful. The location really cannot be beat for San Salvador. I was able to easily walk to meet friends.

This is a lovely hotel in the upmarket Zona Rosa area of San Salvador. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There is free water from a cooler in the lobby. The included breakfast is good. Easy to reach the city centre by bus ($0.31) or by Uber (around $5).

The staff member are very helpful, kind, and patience. Very polite, friendly smile always helping the guess. Location is great. Close to plenty restaurants, the zona Rosa, hotel president, even walking distance to the chapel. The breakfast was always delicious.

I lost my wallet y the hotel don’t do nothing, they have cameras and don’t check. The bed has animals.Never go back.
