Beautiful stay for our 43rd anniversary. Staff are awesome, Daniel that checked us in even remembered our little dog Sadie. Room is clean and comfortable, breakfast was just right and the grounds are so pretty.

This is a lovely inn. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The outdoor facilities - jacuzzi, pool, fire pit, seating to view the bay, BBQ and grassy areas were well maintained and inviting. Many of the other guests with whom we spoke had been coming to the inn for many years and that speaks volumes.

Cambria is a beautiful place. I have been vacationing there for over a decade. I have stayed at multiple inns and Castle Inn is a decent option if one wants to keep costs down. It’s not posh like some of the other inns along the beach; I have stayed at several of the more expensive ones. This is my second stay with Castle Inn. Both time, the check in was smooth and the gentlemen that helped were great. My first stay, I booked a larger room and if you can afford it, book the bigger room. This time, I must have booked a smaller room. It was too small for my liking. It was in the corner of the building, next to the room with supplies etc. so the cleaning crew walked back and forth often and there was a lot of noise. It was also dark and I couldn’t leave the curtain open because the cleaning crew walked back and forth a lot. This time, I was on the 1st floor so the noise from upstairs was a bit loud as well. Having said that, Castle Inn serves a decent breakfast in the morning so this helps with cost if saving money matters. The cleaning staff is friendly and helpful. The front desk always courteous and kind. There is a pool, jacuzzi and a fireplace with ample seating all over. The property is kept well and the beach with its lovely boardwalk Is right across the street.

Very nice area, across road from coast. Great fire pit, hot tub and swimming pool. Rooms are big. The hotel and area surrounding hotel are beautiful. The only downside is the mattress on beds are way too soft. Also breakfast is marginal and breakfast area is somewhat small. Overall a great hotel for the price.
