Rooms clean, bed comfortable, staff helpful. Breakfast was ok, decent selection. Make your own waffles, yogurt, fruit, some hot items as well. The hot food could be hotter and better quality. Great stay for the price! Nice place if you’re looking for a decent place with a decent price. Will definitely satay again.

Our room was very large and had enough room for another bed. Talking about the beds, they were double beds which we thought might be too small. However, we all seemed to enjoy the beds and slept very well each night. The breakfast area was very well kept with staff constantly restocking up until 10pm. Would absolutely stay again!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made the stay as easy as it could be. The breakfast had a good variety and very tasty. When something was out they promptly added more. This is one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel in the past century. It also helped having a family room with three beds. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Probably one of the dirtiest hotels overall that I’ve ever been to. Room wasn’t too bad (thank goodness) but everything else was absolutely filthy! Never seen so many cigarette butts in on the ground in one place…like the entrance has probably never been cleaned and the trash has never been picked up.

Nice, easy and convenient. Devin at the front desk was full of knowledge about what there was to do around the area. Breakfast was standard, wish it would have changed on day 2 but we still enjoyed it.

This was our 2nd time here. They are clearly understaffed. Staff tried their best but we couldn’t check in on time because our room wasn’t cleaned yet - waited an additional 90 before the room was ready (5p). Also, the condition of the hotel is run down and lots of peeling paint,etc. The room was clean once we got in there. Decent continental breakfast. Can’t believe they can operate legally without an elevator.

So so stay

Obviously an old hotel that’s had several upgrades. Had an outside entrance to our room and it was apparent no one checked the room before we arrived as we had to clear spider webs away from the entire doorway to get in. Room was comfortable, had the basics. Coffee machine hadn’t been used for sometime as it was filthy with general dust/debris. Plenty of parking. Pool was green and a closed sign was put up the next morning. Breakfast was ok. Served our needs, will likely look elsewhere next time in the area.

The property itself had the following issues: Room was missing 2 sitting chairs as advertised on Expedia & toilet was super low and leaking. Pillows were super small and mattress was worn out! Overall room had a musty smell. Pool was not clean and odd location facing parking lot. Surrounding area, all dining closed by 8 or 9pm which made stay in a downtown area inconvenient. We will not stay at Best Western again.
