Comfortable beds and the friendly staff at breakfast we’re about the only redeemable quality of our stay. I was shocked it was so highly rated, based on the state of disrepair. Bleach stains and trash littered the hallway floor, there were fossilized fruit loops within the elevator. We found stains throughout the carpet of our room and what looked like blood spatter on the ceiling and curtains. It’s a good thing they claim to disinfect with hospital grade cleaning solution.

While I understand that you can’t please everyone when it comes to beds being comfortable, we had 3 adults in a room and everyone felt like the beds were terrible. They were so bad, in fact, that at one point during our stay I had seriously considered just sleeping in my car. So, next up is the lack of basic items. I had asked for an extra blanket on our first night and was told they didn’t have any, there are two ice machines on the property and naturally neither one worked, there were no towels in the pool area, and the WiFi signal was so weak in our room it was nearly unusable. Honestly for a place to cost $500 for 2 nights we were extremely unhappy with our stay. The great breakfasts were the only redeeming part of our experience with this property. Seriously, the ladies that work to prepare the food in the mornings were fantastic and one of the very few positives during our stay.

Nice clean property. Good location. Stayed 3 days. Breakfast and the choices were very good. Housekeeping only every 3 days. Feel Housekeeping should at least empty trash, check need for towels daily. Ice machine was down during our stay but will stay again.

We did not stay !!! Outside parking lot had trash all over, still decided to go in. Lobby was dirty and dusty, coffee area was dirty. Got our room key and went into the room went to turn on air conditioner and there was BLACK MOLD everywhere. Left asap went to manager she refunded our money and we found another place.

The room was clean and exactly what we expected. I was a little concerned because I had read some bad reviews but we had no problem with our 1 night stay. Cookies were great and breakfast was good with lots of options.

Very Rude Man

Great breakfast. aKlien was amazing! She was very understanding and helped us with all of our needs. There was a man there selling paintings AND working there. He was extremely rude to my little one. Why would Choice Hotels allow this man to sell his drawings and have them all over the chairs and lobby area???? If his drawings weren’t all over my little one would have had somewhere to sit without touching his drawings. I WANT someone from Choice hotels to contact me.

The room was clean and staff (when available) were friendly. The room was old and musty and the bathroom had mold and the mirror was cracked and the door was damaged- it just felt old and not fully maintained . Walking in and having a kiosk with a remote worker was awkward and unwelcoming.

The staff was great and really friendly. The only things we didn't like was that the room was for a king studio and it clearly wasnt a king size bed. More like a queen size. Also, there should be some renovations for the bathrooms. Our tub had mold growing in the grouted area. They did try to use bleach for it but it needs to be replaced. Otherwise the facility was clean, quiet and safe.

Management had an issue with house keeping which caused house keeping to do a work slow down. People arrived for the stay at 5 pm and were told there were no clean rooms. I arrived at 7 and they had to shuffle around rooms and the room they were givIng me was done and just needed a blanket. The desk manager looked at a staff memeber and told her she had an extra blanket on the cart and put it in the room she just assigned me. Five minutes later she came back and said it was done. When we got into the room, the beds were sloppily made and there was food leftover in fridge. Under the soap holder in the bath, there was a layer of soap scum and what appeared to be the start of mold. We had a long day just checked in and knew it wasnt worth arguing. Next day couple had same experience. Room not ready and the one given was dirty with towels on floor. Were given another room that was lIke ours... not clean. Due to third party booking there was nothing the hotel would,/"could" do. They need an audit of the staff. Main manager left there to do an 11-7 at another property and didn't resolve the issues at the first. Continental breakfast was worse than most. No butter for toast or waffles. Was supposed to be till 10, staff pulled everything at 930. To boot coffee in lobby was cold...definate do not stay. Some of this sounds bitter, but when its adveetised and you pay for a clean room and breakfast til 10 at the least it should be provided

We had two rooms for two nights. Hotel is suffering from lack of employees so we were told. The rooms were for the most part clean definitely could have been cleaner. Front counter staff was nice and informative. Breakfast area was super busy and the employees working it were doing a good job. However, with the limited seating due to how busy it was there were two employees ( later saw them performing housekeeping duties is how I’m determining this) sitting at separate tables talking on their phones loudly on speaker while people didn’t have a place to sit to eat breakfast. Very inconsiderate and rude in my book but they didn’t seem to mind doing it. Overall I thought the property was decent. I’ll unlikely stay there again when coming back to town.
