Overnight guests that exceed the # on reservation are not allowed. Undisclosed guests staying overnight is breach of contract and cause for removal.
No smoking/illegal drugs/parties. Smoking violations = $250 fine plus cost to clean/deodorize. No marijuana in any shape/form in or around property
