The Ivy Penthouse with sea view - My Rental Homes
The Ivy Penthouse is a gorgeous apartment located on the top floor of an exclusive, holiday condo situated near Sorrento (about 2 km away from the town center).
This luxury residence consists of 5 independent units, it develops on 3 levels, and it has been projected according to the highest standards with great attention to details and top-quality finishes and furnishings (such as Frette linens and bath towels, Simmons mattresses, marble floors, etc.), and it offers all kind of facilities typical of a 5-star accommodation (Wi-Fi throughout, Flat TVs, iPod dock station, CCTV in common areas, welcome basket, etc.).
This condo is also provided with a laundry (with washing machine and dryer) and inner elevator by which you can reach this fantastic penthouse (or through the staircase).
The Ivy Penthouse consists of 3 bedrooms al with en-suite bathrooms; one master bedroom has a king-size bed and bathroom with combination of tub and shower, the second bedroom has twin beds (that can be joined) and private bathroom with shower, both bedrooms feature parquet floor, the third bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
Going up through a few stairs (or by lift) you reach the open-plan space consisting of a large living room and the fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace.
The ambiance is very bright, with large windows that allow the sunshine naturally light the whole space. The living room is equipped with a big and comfortable sofa, wide flat TV and electric fireplace.
From here you will have the opportunity to enjoy the sea view thanks to the large windows.
In this same area we find the fully equipped kitchen, provided with all useful appliances, table and chairs. There is also a guests’ WC.
The kitchen gives onto the large terrace, from where you can enjoy an amazing sea view; the terrace is equipped with a swimming pool (4,20 m x 2,20 m) that can be heated, sunbeds, table and chairs.

It offers a wide range of services, it is well-connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri and Naples, that can be reached by train, bus or ferry.
Here you will find also a good choice of restaurants, bars and shops and the beach can be reached on foot or comfortably by lift.
