The Ivy Villa consists of 4 independent units, it develops on 3 levels, it offers a total of 8 bedrooms and it can comfortably accommodate 19 people (3 in sofa beds).

Outside, it features garden areas, equipped with Jacuzzi, mini pool, external shower, sun beds, sun chairs, sun umbrellas and an outdoor dining and BBQ area.

As soon as you enter the building, on the left you find a first independent apartment that you can reach via an external staircase.
Outside it features a small outdoor terrace, equipped with sun chairs and a small coffee table with chairs.

As you enter the apartment, you will soon find a bright and well appointed living area, complete of a small sofa bed perfect to accommodate 1 adult, 2 armchairs, a small dining table and a lovely kitchenette, which can be hidden when not in use. This wonderful suite offers 2 step-out balconies which allow natural light to pass through illuminating the entire ambience.

Along the corridor there is a small bathroom with shower.

Entering the bedroom area there is a fantastic four-poster bed with king size mattress: a particularly well appointed room with en-suite bathroom.

The bathroom features a freestanding bathtub, a separate shower room and a separate toilet room.

This apartment is about 60 m2 large and it can accommodate up to 3 people comfortably (one person on a sofa-bed).

Entering the main building at the ground floor, there are two housing units.
The one on the right is 130 m2 large and it develops on two levels, it has 3 double bedrooms all en-suite and it can accommodate 6 people.

On the ground floor there is a living/dining area equipped with couch, armchair, dining table with 6 seats, and it has direct access to the garden through a glass door.
On this level we find also a fully equipped kitchen and one double bedroom, with king size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool/garden area.

In front of this unit there is another suite of 60 m2 with a canopy bed, access to a private garden space with Jacuzzi, sun beds and dining table. This suite has also a comfortable sofa bed, kitchenette with dining table and en suite bathroom.

Going to the upper floor (through the stairs or by using the inner elevator) we reach the penthouse, which develops on 2 levels, it consists of 3 bedrooms, one master bedroom and two deluxe bedrooms.

The master bedroom is 60 m2 and it can comfortably accommodate 2 persons (+ a 3rd one in a sofa bed set in the living room), it features an en-suite bedroom with shower, a cozy living room equipped with table, chairs, TV, sofa bed and a kitchenette with induction hob.
The living room has access to the terrace equipped with a Jacuzzi, sunbeds, coffee table, chairs and from here you will enjoy a stunning view over the sea.

The other two bedrooms have both with en-suite bathrooms; one bedroom has king-size bed and bathroom with combination tub and shower, the other bedroom that is adjacent, has twin beds (that can be joined) and private bathroom with shower, both bedrooms feature parquet floor.

Going up to the top floor by a few stairs (or by lift) you reach an open plan room consisting of a large living area, the main fully equipped kitchen and the indoor dining area that can accommodate all the guests of the villa. There is also a bathroom that serves this common area.

The ambiance is very bright, with large windows that allow the sunshine naturally light the whole space. The living room is equipped with a big and comfortable sofa, wide flat TV and electric fireplace.
From here you will have the opportunity to enjoy the sea view thanks to the large windows and you have access to the large terrace that is equipped with a pool (4,20 m x 2,20 m) that can be heated, sunbeds, table and chairs.

The villa is also provided with a washing machine and dryer.

It offers a wide range of services, it is well-connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri and Naples, that can be reached by train, bus or ferry.
Here you will find also a good choice of restaurants, bars and shops and the beach can be reached on foot or comfortably by lift.

The rates are inclusive of: welcome breakfast basket, water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, cleaning every other day, linen change every 3 days, final cleaning.

Extra costs:
City tax: € 4,00 per day (up to 1 week), per person (from 18 years onwards).
Parking on site if available, max 2 cars, on a first come first served basis, at € 18,00 per day to pay on site. Alternatively it is possible to park in a nearby garage (150 meters away) at about € 20,00 per day.
