Terrible!!!

Terrible terrible customer service! And very unfriendly. Very unwelcoming. Terrible breakfast!! On the second day, they ran out of sausage. No meat. No lotion . No hair conditioner . No body wash Room service is only every 7 days. For two days our dirty towels were left on the floor. Nobody to pick them up and deliver clean towels. Nobody to take the garbage out. Heater/air conditioner doesn’t work properly. It makes loud noises. Blows out barely any air at all. Then it gets super loud and blows out a lot of air. Inconsistent

The area was a little sketchy with a lot of long term residents. The mattress was so thin, I could feel the springs. View was of the 55 freeway. I would not stay here again.

Overall everything was great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Little lining area was also homey and comfortable. Breakfast was good compared to other places. Eggs, hash browns, sausages, and pancakes; there’s also cereals, coffee, soda, juices, and milk. You have the option to dine in the area or ask for a Togo box. Not close from Disney but not far either. Definitely stay here again. Even though the airport was near the sound was minimal or at least it didn’t bother me as much. I would have given this place a 5 stars except we did not have room service once’s and trash accumulated. Didn’t call to get it serviced either but in our 3 night stay no one came to do room service. Other than that everything was perfect. Customer service was ok but not bad either.

We were locked out of our room 2 nights in a row, the lady at the front desk is so unprofessional and rude, I had my elder mother, and 2 kids locked out in the cold weather because the door lock was faulty, I had to go to the front desk two times, also good luck finding parking, stay away from this place, there are lots of options.

A place to sleep

The room was okay not as clean as I would have it at home. The breakfast was free and didn’t taste good but edible. They don’t clean your room unless you stayed over for a week or longer. It’s cheap close to the airport and all the fun places like the OC, Disneyland, and Palm Springs. We wouldn’t stay here again later this year due to the conditions of the hotel. We had to ask for housekeeping and towels. They don’t provide you lotion or shampoo only the soap pump in the shower. If you’re on a budget with kids great but not for us. We heard everything from the neighbors upstairs and beside us. We were there to sleep, poop, and eat light dinner. Nothing more to it and it’s Cheap you get what you paid for.

The hotel experience was disappointing. The rooms were not clean, and there were no towels provided. During my stay, I witnessed disturbances from other guests, which escalated to the point where the police had to carry someone out on a stretcher. I cannot recommend this hotel.

We had brown wet splatter on our walls next to our tub and shower which was gross and not cleaned. The tub was dirty so we had to clean it ourselves (the whole reason to book the room was the jacuzzi-style tub). Not to mention the noise from those around, the borderline not-caring attitude from the employees, the lack of ammenities. Wil not be staying there, especially for their price, again.
