**⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ – Beautiful Country, Hardworking Staff, But Several Frustrations**
My husband and I spent seven days at this all-inclusive resort on our most recent trip to El Salvador. As always, the country itself was absolutely beautiful, and the people—both on and off the property—were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The staff at the resort clearly work very hard. Our room was large, comfortable, and kept impeccably clean throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.
However, a number of issues kept this experience from being what we hoped for.
**Dining & Drinks:**
Even at the buffet, guests cannot get their own beverages. There were several times we finished an entire meal before a server brought us water or anything else to drink. Additionally, when we were at the beach or pool, we had to walk quite a distance to reach a bar for even a simple non-alcoholic drink, which doesn’t feel very “all-inclusive.”
**Logistics:**
We were only given one room key, which was surprisingly frustrating. Since my husband and I often come and go at different times, it made coordinating our day much more difficult than it needed to be.
**Entertainment:**
The resort advertised entertainment as part of its all-inclusive package, but the only offering was a small “dance club” with a basic karaoke setup. It felt more like an afterthought
