Disappointing Stay — Not What You’d Expect from a Resort This place is outdated and poorly maintained. From the moment we arrived, we noticed flies everywhere — even right in front of the room doors, which was extremely off-putting. The room itself was uncomfortable, with an AC unit that barely worked despite the intense heat. There was no fan in the common areas, making it hard to relax or enjoy any part of the property. The front desk staff provided one of the worst experiences I’ve had. For a resort that welcomes international guests, it’s unacceptable that no one spoke English. Every simple request required paging the one supervisor who could help, and that person would take at least 20 minutes to appear. Most communication had to be done through Google Translate, which made even basic interactions exhausting. I would not recommend this resort unless major upgrades and staff training are made a priority.

The staff is amazing, location is great but rooms need a little update. (Specifically Plumbing) they are very responsive when you have need. The pools, jacuzzi, pool bar were excellent.

The place needs major improvements, the rooms where creepy and dirty, we were there for couple days, but we were considering going to another location unfortunately we did not know the area so we stayed until the trip was over. Avoid to site, there is no customer service, I never got my clean towels, the pool area smelled of pee. The food was not fresh and tasted terrible, there was no Salvadoran cuisine at all. I will definitely not be going to this location again. It was terrible experience in El Salvador.

The resort was clean, but it lacked a variety of activities for everyone to enjoy. The few activities available were just okay. However, the nightly shows were definitely a highlight — I looked forward to them every evening. The performers were incredible, and I would rate them a solid 10/10. The pool area was also very nice. The property features several restaurants and pools, but unless you explore on foot, you might not realize they’re there. The map provided at reception is difficult to read, and the staff doesn’t offer much guidance. That said, the young lady who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful.

Dinner reservations have to be done at 7am. You cannot sleep late. There is no other choice. Ridiculous! They can not acomodate a family of over eight persons, they don't let you put tables together The air conditioning in the rooms can have an improvement

A long drive from airport and they are not flexible at check in Need to make long line up at he gate if you get there before 3 pm. They won’t allow anyone to enter the property before check in time 3pm. Food choices are limited the beach is rocky not for swimming is a big property be prepare to walk and climb stairs no elevators.

Our first room was not clean, I got 2 beds instead of 1 king size bed as I reserve, it was very anoint to make a reservation to use a hot tub for 30 minutes, buffet for breakfast and lunch were nasty and cold, not many selection to choose from, check in processes were weird, parking lot very far away, they won’t let you into the property before 3 pm, not recommend

Its very nice. The only issue i had with my family is noone showed us around the facility we had to figured out stuff on our own. Been our first time was very frustating and asking bussy working staff waiting for them to have a free minute was very unconvinienr other than that was vary nice, entertaining, cleaned. The other downside was we couldnt be in the beach ocean side do to the ocean having very bigs waves but cant fight nature. Also noone gave us wifi information we actually found it on ohr way out. And not enough towels and blankets. If they know you rent a hotel or room for a four people stay why would they only give you one?
