Viehättävä San Roque Cottage kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta

Koe pohjoismainen Santa Barbaran naapurusto. Talo on rakennettu vuonna 1930, ja se on laajasti uusittu, mukaan lukien kylpyhuoneet ja keittiö. Olohuone on mukava ja hyvin varusteltu, ja siinä on 70 tuuman diagonaalinen Sony TV, surround-ääni, peruskaapeli, Apple TV, Netflix, HBO Now, Amazon Prime Video ja BluRay / DVD-soitin. Siellä on WiFi ja Internet. Kaikki 3 makuuhuonetta ovat suuria, ilmavia ja täynnä valoa. Keittiö on uusi ruostumattomilla laitteilla ja graniittipeitteillä. Vaimollani ja minulla on pieni ja erillinen mökki kiinteistön takana, johon pysymme, kun olette vieraitamme päärakennuksessa. Käytämme autokatos, joka on kiinnitetty meidän yksikkö, ja kaukana takana patio samoin. Pääsy irrotettuun pyykkiin tarjotaan. Käytämme ajotieltä päästäksemme yksikkömme ja autokatosimme. Katupysäköinti on helposti saatavilla.
Lomakoti on saanut mahtavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Upper State Street. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Can't say enough about this property and the Hosts. Beautiful neighborhood, Landscape and Home. Everything you could need and more you will find in this home. Lots of room to visit in comfort with your family/friends. Large bedrooms and comfy beds. Yes they have the soft bath towels too! Don't let the fact that the hosts is in the back ADU home scare you. They are not noisy and will talk to you if you so desire and please talk to them because they are so sweet and knowledgeable.

A slice of paradise

What a home. It’s so warm. So clean. So spacious for our family of four with two adult daughters. We were in for a family wedding in Santa Barbara and the home is in a historic and beautiful neighborhood just a ten minute drive from downtown but walkable to restaurants, grocery, coffee shops nearby. We also liked being residential and not among all the tourists. In the home is everything you could need and we enjoyed the outdoor patio space. Rodney was super communicative and gracious. He met us at the house and gave us a great overview. He responds promptly to any questions though we really didn’t have any! There is a guest book with all the info one could possibly need. Honestly, it’s one of my favorite rentals ever, and I am a tough customer .

Quiet quaint quality home

This 1930-40s home is in a lovely, walkable neighborhood of unique homes near shops and restaurants. So so quiet it’s hard to believe. The cottage-like home has been lovingly restored by longtime owners, with updated bathrooms and kitchen. Comfy King bed in the master, wonderful living room with large screen TV, cozy and bright sitting room connected to kitchen. We would stay here again! Host is SUPER friendly and responsive to any issue, holiday or no holiday!!!

Great family house

Fabulous Family Gathering

We travel from Wisconsin to Santa Barbara during the winter, in retirement. We come to Santa Barbara to connect with a daughter and her husband who live in LA. For us Santa Barbara is about family, beautiful winter weather, healthy food, and exercise. Two weeks in this lovely family home, gathering with some of our family members, sent us home refreshed and happy. We enjoyed cooking and eating together. Two daughters worked remotely while we were together. This was the best house for our family in 16 winter visits to Santa Barbara. It nicely accommodated six adults so that we could enjoy each other and still have private space to work, rest, cook, eat together, etc. We loved this house.
