The location is great and the staff was very nice. The rooms aren't too fancy, but it looks like they are updating some of the buildings/rooms. Overall, great spot and I would stay again.

Great location! Place was very clean and the a/c was great. The pool was fresh and was in the sun which I loved. The cabanas were really cute! Staff was really friendly. Only giving 4 stars for the valet which was $32 per day. The parking lot is so small so we could’ve literally parked our own car ourselves. Also, for the water pressure in the shower, it would fluctuate to really low or really high. So it was a bit annoying especially if you have longer hair. But overall, I would stay here again. Aesthetically, it’s the prettiest hotel I’ve seen in SB, with the flowers draping over and colors.

I have stayed her maybe 20 times with my kids and this stay I must say was awful. We have 4 kids - they offer a family room- that is why we stay there and literally EVERY single time my kids walked in the room we got a call from the front desk that the people below us were complaining. It got to the point that as soon as my kids woke up we dressed them in bed and made them leave the room. WE COULDNT EVEN BE IN THE ROOM. It is not our fault we were put on a second floor and its a family freakin hotel! For $2000 for 2 nights it was absolutely miserable and left us questioning if we will ever return.

Loved the location. We were in a room that had not been remodeled yet and the room was way over due for one - but since we were traveling with a dog we figured they were putting pet owners or people who booked via 3rd parties into those room.

We stayed in a newly renovated room with a King Bed. The bed was comfy, but not as firm as we would have liked. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is incredible. Would definitely stay here again.

The first room we were checked into was outdated and worn. The hot water in the shower did not work. The staff noted the boilers were not turned on... Limited hot water after we received a text noting the boilers were on again. The next afternoon there was no water in the sink! The hotel staff finally relocated us to a new room after 2 complaints. The new room was updated, clean and the hot water in the shower worked! I'm hesitant to book on a 3rd party platform in the future versus booking directly as it feels you are limited to accommodations when you need assistance.
