This 4,500 sq ft home located in the peaceful upper hills of Montecito boasts 5 bedrooms and 6 baths. Soak up incredible mountain and ocean views from every balcony. Nearby hiking trails with just a quick drive to local beaches, Upper Village & Coast Village Road for the best of Montecito shopping & dining. The house features excellent indoor/outdoor living including a playroom with plenty of entertainment and a wine tasting room. You will truly feel like you are at a retreat.
The space
This home comfortably sleeps 8 with each room having its own ensuite. Enjoy ocean views in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Living room has a TV. Sonos sound systems available throughout the house. The terrace is equipped with a Traeger, Webber, and a Blackstone for multiple cooking desires. Since this home sits on a hill, we do have security cameras outside the perimeters for safety purposes, these are not currently activated or monitored. There are no cameras inside of the home.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Westmont College. Enjoy features like a gym and laundry facilities. The holiday home includes amenities such as a kitchen and 6 bathrooms.

Beautiful House

This is a beautiful and comfortable home. We had four adult couples visiting for a wedding. Each couple had a bedroom with private bath. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and beautiful views with outdoor seating. It was a short drive to all the sites.

Lovely Montecito Property

The home is perfectly stage for selling. The decor is lovely and pristine...perhaps a little too much white. We were concerned that something could easily spill on or get wiped on one of the wiped surfaces. Nevertheless, the property boasts lovely decks and views with higher end accoutrements. The only challenge was that we were asked to leave so that the agent could show the home just after check in.
