Great staff. Nice and clean. Yummy breakfast happy people close to beach. Bike rentals amazing. The only tiny thing was I could hear my neighbors next door and them getting in the car talking outside every morning.

Best hotel shower ever!

Absolutely book this place. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is excellent- just a few walkable blocks from the beach or State St. We absolutely loved the size of the room and how comfortable the bed was. And I was obsessed with the shower- it had dual shower heads, amazing pressure and got so hot. I’m very particular about hotel showers because sometimes they just suck but this was probably the best shower I’ve ever had. We would and will come back here again!

This is a darling hotel located in a quiet neighborhood and walkable to the beach, wharf, dining, and shopping. The employees are exceptionally friendly and they have lovely amenities like ice, bicycles, and continental breakfast.

Family w 2 teens stayed for a few nights. Room was great..clean. Staff was very welcoming. Free bikes. Breakfast. Easy walking to State St. Only suggestion would be to replace the two regular patio tables ouside the lobby with similar size square fire pit patio tables for guests to enjoy in colder mornings and at night. It would really add a nice warm visual too as you walk up to lobby/motel.

Great Stay!!!

Our experience was great! It is right next to the beach, walking distance to State Street and super friendly employees. The room was clean and towels were plenty. Also plenty of pillows. Parking was right in front of the room. They have a very good breakfast with several options. We will definitely go back again.

Clean and convenient, but facilities could be improved to further enhance the stay experience. AC is conditioning well but loud. Mattress should fixed to prevent rolling off from the bed. Breakfast space is limited. They should provide some trays for carrying the food to the room, which could be more helpful than the receptions who spent all time smiling to their screens.

Perfect Hotel

Everything about this hotel was so well done! The beds and linens were very comfortable and they provided plenty of pillows. We appreciated that the twin pull out bed was already made inside and my son said it was the most comfortable of that type of bed that he has slept on. The room decor and updated remodel was well done. The location was perfect for us - within walking distance to the Amtrak, Moxi, harbor, and promenade. We will be back!
