This is our favorite place to stay when we visit our daughter @ Santa Clara University! It’s an easy drive up/down the hill. It’s so quiet, set on a tranquil tree filled hillside. You truly feel and are away from the chaos of the Bay. The only areas that do need improvement are their bathrooms and the lighting in the rooms. Both sub par for that kind of facility.

The hotel was very nice, the night we checked in, the employee was a little rude and didn’t bother explaining anything about the hotel or our stay, wasn’t aware about breakfast vouchers until next day we tried to eat and they said we needed them so we had to get them at reception afterwards. The hotel itself was very beautiful and comfortable to stay at.

We have stayed there before, but we were first disappointed that they charge a parking fee. Really for the price you pay for a room it should be FREE! Second thing was that my wife wanted something sweet to eat after dinner. We bought two candies and it was over $7.00! Do they think that everyone is rich. We started to stay a Hiltons, because other hotels were getting bad, as far as cleanest. I guess we won't travel anymore until the economy gets better, but after working in the grocery field, what goes up doesn't always come down .
