The only good part of this hotel was the nice gentleman upon check-in. He was very kind and took the time to inform me of local attractions and restaurants. The room was very unclean. The bathroom floor in the corners had not been cleaned in years. It was disgusting. Wore my white socks on the carpet and they became very soiled. It was noisy in the evening not only from traffic in the street but also from other guests. The elevator was filthy. It smelled terrible. We couldn’t wait to get up and check out in the morning . I would not return.

Room had a funny smell upon entry kept window open most of stay bathroom shower / tub was in poor condition clean but needing attention the bathroom door did not close without excessive force blinds in room still had damage from perhaps a dog and both hot tubs honestly were kept at such a low temperature it seems like a luke warm bath especially due to the jets poor power supply they don’t even bubble the water overall very average clean hotel for a reasonable price close to the boardwalk… be sure to extend thru your 3rd party if needed not the front desk or pay more than I felt hotel was worth on a weekday

I LOVE this hotel!! You can not beat the price of their rooms with ANY OTHER HOTEL. The staff is welcoming & friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and you’re literally a 5 minute walk to the Boardwalk & sandy beaches. This is my favorite by far and I DO PLAN ON STAYING HERE AGAIN!

Room wasn't cleaned and was told housekeeping was no longer available. I spoke to the housekeeper right before. Noise at night prompted a visit to the front office to politely ask if they could keep it down. Close walk to wharf and boardwalk. I would stay again on a less busy weekend.

Clean, simple, and great central location. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, and downtown. Hotel is a little older, but the staff is great and hard to beat for the price.
