My family stayed one night. It was good the showers are spacious, the hot tub was amazing, the pool area is set up cute with other outdoor fun. The one thing i was concerned about was parking and the tiles in the lobby and to and from the rooms getting wet from the pool, they were very slippery.

The man working was very friendly, helpful, quick, and gave us a room with 2 beds instead of the one I booked with 1. But otherwise, the hotel was really old, and not in a cute-vintage kind of way. Like in a non-maintained kind of way. The pool was closed which is annoying because I picked this place for its indoor pool. Our room door was broken and was extremely hard to open and close, my kids would not have been able to open it in an emergency. I couldn’t tell if it was the ice machine or some kind of maintenance but there were loud noises and banging around all night. The ice machine was very dirty. And overall the place was just very dirty. The room floor was especially dirty, and the shower did not look clean. I’m a pretty low to reasonable standards kind of person, it takes a lot for me to be bothered, but yeah do not recommend.

Hard to find where the front desk was. Elevator did not work. Desk person wasn’t always at the desk. Room was not ready at check in time. Issue with keys. Not enough towels. Staff were very accommodating. No local tv, just streaming programs. Left a day earlier than I paid for. Don't think I’ll be back.

There was a gaping hole in our bathroom where the fan should be. The light stopped working in the bathroom while showering so I had to open the door causing steam to set off the fire alarm at 7 in the morning. When I contacted the staff to let them know, they told me to turn on the light on my phone and close the door while I finish showering. The pool in the middle is great in theory until you get a bunch of drunk people echoing down there. Was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I wasn’t going to leave a bad review, but after I emailed management after our stay and got no response I figure they deserve it.
