I had such a beautiful experience staying at NOTTO Hotel. From the moment I arrived, Diego and Osvaldo went above and beyond to make sure everything felt smooth, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference in my stay. The room was extremely clean, the AC worked perfectly, and everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. Waking up and seeing the ocean from my room was honestly breathtaking and one of my favorite parts of the experience. There’s something so peaceful about seeing the sea first thing in the morning. I really appreciated how easy and relaxing my stay felt here. When I come back to Puerto Escondido, I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Notto for my birthday on February 13, and my experience was positive at first. The room and stay itself were good, but unfortunately everything went downhill when I checked out. I was told there would be a 4,000 peso hold on my card for incidentals. Instead of placing a hold, they actually charged my card. It has now been almost three weeks, and the hotel has still not been able to reverse the charge. What’s even more concerning is that they asked me to send my bank account information through WhatsApp in order to process the refund, which felt very unprofessional and insecure. Despite multiple conversations with the manager and hotel staff, I still have not received my refund of over $200 USD. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially since the issue should have been simple to resolve. A mistake like this can happen, but taking weeks without resolving it and asking for sensitive financial information over messaging apps is not acceptable. I hope the hotel resolves this soon, but based on my experience, I would recommend being cautious with billing and deposits if you stay here.

Notto hotel is brand new, conveniently located-front to the beach and just 50 meters away from Hidalgo avenue where you can find several places for having breakfast, lunch, dinner and shopping. The room was spacious with the bedroom separated from a TV Room and in the entry there is a small private pool. The staff was attentive and courteous to our needs, they facilitated us a late check out to take advantage of the day until we had to headed to take our plane. The only thing missing is a restaurant or bar service that I know will be available soon. I will return with no doubt to this hotel. Highly recommended.

No quiero dejar pasar ni un momento más para poner mi reseña. Hotel Notto y todo su staff nos deja sin palabras. Tuvieron una atención increíble con nosotros, desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Que hasta daba pesar dejarlos. Fueron muy amables, nos ayudaron todo el tiempo con nuestras carriolas y si nos veían muy cargados de tilichis también. En mi caso fuimos mi esposo, mi hijo de dos años, mi bebe de tres meses y yo. No parecía un lugar familiar y la verdad estaba un poco nerviosa pero me quedé sorprendida. Aparte del excelente servicio que tienen, las instalaciones son muy bonitas con un diseño único, las camas y almohadas están muy cómodas, en general todo el hotel y habitaciones estaban impecables. Nuestra habitación tenía una pileta donde mi hijo fue feliz jugando (con nosotros presentes). También la alberca del área común con vista y acceso a la playa está muy cómodo. Hay camastros en la playa donde te llevan las toallas y lo que necesitas. El hotel no tiene restaurante pero eso no es impedimento para que te apoyen los chicos con lo que necesitas. Nosotros tuvimos antojo de unos cocos y nos los llevaron a la alberca. Las toallas estaban limpias también, nos dejaban dos jarras de agua para refrescarnos, hay un frigobar con refrescos y agua mineral, hay cafetera con cápsulas. El agua de la regadera con un chorro delicioso, el agua caliente funciona sin complicaciones (esto para mi es muy importante en los alojamientos).
