Filthy hotel

Hotel is disgusting Its overall very dirty, room furniture is very old. The pool is filthy and the breakfast is not avilable. There were no towels on the room, the air condition thermostat did not work. The TV is 40 years old and the parking lot is a dump yard!

Buen día, Se que las disculpas no bastan para arreglar una mala impresión, sin embargo me gustaría compartir con ud. que actualmente el hotel ha sido totalmente remodelado, desde las habitaciones hasta los pasillos, alberca y fachada, y contamos con 2 restaurantes funcionando. Estamos en proceso de cargar las imágenes nuevas en la página. Le reitero mis mas sinceras disculpas.
