Resort is massive and beautiful. Lot's of stairs and walking if you wish, but not needed. They have little carts that take you anywhere on the resort any time. Beaches are excellent, but you do have to get up early to throw your towel on a lounger if you want one. Snorkeling is decent, I saw puffer fish, barracuda, and a ton of other colourful fish...some like to rub up against you Mostly an older demographic, which I liked. It's not really a party resort catering to the younger crowds. Staff were excellent. The food was just ok at the buffets but we had an excellent dinner at the Steakhouse restaurant and at a grill buffet on the lawn, absolutely delicious! Quick 10 minute taxi ride into town for 100 pesos and a lot more laid back atmosphere than the Puerto Vallarta area.

Room was clean, staff was outstanding. Food was okay. They need to provide more beach chairs and more pool chairs, or monitor the abandoned chairs. The entertainment and dancers was phenomenal ( but they need more comfortable chairs in the entertainment hall ). The golf carts to the rooms was a great option, but the stairs and proximity of the rooms would definitely stop me from booking Las Brisas in the future. Also at least one air conditioned bar or sports lounge would be great.

Room was very clean, a little outdated but we don't spend a lot time in the room, bed very comfy. Service was great, staff were accommodating. Food was ok, specialty restaurants were hit or miss. Outdoor spaces, beaches, views, were gorgeous. Too many stairs to climb, no elevators to accommodate people who can't or don't want to do so many stairs.

Room was tired, and not as portrayed in the photos. We had booked a deluxe king room with garden view,for 2 people, but there was a double bed in the room in addition to the king, no place to really sit. Very crowded. Staff was good, helpful, however housekeeping was just ok. No shower gel in shower, sometimes no bath mats. Food was not good, would not even give it a 1 out of 5.

We had a lovely ocean view room in Nubes complex with fantastic service from the housekeeper who kept the room spotless and well stocked. We enjoyed the little transport buses around the resort and the friendly drivers - without exception all were helpful and courteous We loved our specialty dining experiences especially La Kasbah - great atmosphere, wonderful food, and highlight was the belly dancer. Cynthia one of the servers at the Solarium dining room was exceptionally attentive. We went for the Spanish lesson and Abraham was kind to offer the session with just the two of us which was lovely. Another highlight was the Bird watching tour with Pablo Narvez which I actually did twice as I enjoyed it so much and he was a helpful guide. Beach was wonderful, boat availability was a bit spotty but we were able to enjoy getting out on the water on various craft.

This was our 3rd stay at Las Brisas, and it was a good think that we had been there before because the staff gave us no welcome information, no guidance at all. The staff at the front desk were not very helpful. We were quite on our own. The cleaning and grounds staff work so hard and do a very good job. The rooms are *nothing* to be excited about BUT, they are very clean and well attended to. The washrooms around the resort were kept very clean.
