Your charming studio of 35 m2, equipped with wifi, is located in a 2200 m2 property with trees and fully fenced, in the heart of a pretty village located halfway between the sea and the mountain at 400 m altitude

The village is 20 minutes from the beaches of Porticcio and Ajaccio; it is a pleasure for those who love nature and tranquility; hiking trails and rivers nearby; beautiful mountain view

The studio consists of a large room of 35 m² air-conditioned with a kitchen area (sink, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob ...) a lounge area (two cliclacs, two buffets and dining area, tv ... and a bathroom (wc, multi-jet shower, sink, washing machine);
Your vehicle will be parked right next to the studio.

Attached to your rental, a private garden of 200 m² with barbecue, dining area under arbor, sunbathing.

To cool off the swimming pool is at your disposal when you wish from 8 am to 8 pm.

The capacity is 4 people maximum.
You are the only tenants, quiet, not overlooked.
