The true highlight of this home is its unique relaxation spaces. The hammock-themed lounge room is an ideal spot to read, nap, or simply enjoy the greenery just outside your windows. Amazing location, very central to two beaches. This location is situated between Playa Mazunte and Playa Mermijita, and you can walk to either beach in 5-10 minutes. The entrance to the famous Punta Cometa is also down the street.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION: The hotel reserves the right to refuse occasional visitors and, under no circumstances, will they be allowed access to the rooms as part of the included guest service. In case of non-compliance, management reserves the right to order the visitor to leave immediately.

TOWELS: It is strictly prohibited (without exception) to remove white towels from the room. Ask at the front desk about renting beach towels, which may be used inside and outside the hotel.

PETS: Keep them on a leash in common areas, pick up feces, do not get on beds or futons, and do not leave them locked up all day. Any damage by pets will result in charges.

Any damage caused by guests to objects, personal property, or real estate owned by the hotel will be their sole responsibility, and they will be responsible for any repairs.

When leaving the room, lights, fans, and air conditioners must be turned off.
The keys must be turned in on the day of departure.

NO SMOKING INSIDE, extra cleaning fees can be applied to remove and smoking odors.
