From this floor, you have direct access to the partly roofed terrace, which is furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, offering a breathtaking view of the sea. Also on this level is a room featuring 1 French bed measuring 120 cm, alongside a well-equipped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and a combination microwave. A shower room with WC completes this floor. On the lower ground floor, a double bedroom is available, accompanied by a private shower room with bidet and WC. The upper floor hosts 2 further bedrooms: the first features 1 double bed, a private shower room with bidet and WC, and direct access to the balcony; the second features 1 double bed.
