You rented me a property that was already occupied, collected the rent, and I had no one from the company to contact. The host placed me in another, inferior property, presumably cheaper than the one I had paid for. Furthermore, he hadn't paid the owner, and of course, she wouldn't let us in until she received her money. This is why we were kept waiting for several hours before we could enter. In the end, a very bad experience with VRBO and a very poor review.
