The apartment features 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across its multiple floors to ensure comfort and privacy. On the main level, you will find a welcoming living and dining room complete with satellite TV and direct access to a balcony, as well as a shower room with bidet and WC. The lower ground floor hosts the bedroom, which is equipped with 1 double bed and 2 wall-trunk beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for your group. This level also benefits from its own exit to a balcony and a second shower room with bidet and WC. The upper floor is dedicated to an open kitchen fitted with 4 induction hot plates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, and it opens onto a partly roofed terrace. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all sleeping areas will be available for use.
