Clean room but no soap, bathroom auto switch was broken and can hear other people above rooms like they are stomping on the floor when they walk. Only amenities was a coffee machine in the main lobby for breakfast.

Came in on a Friday. No sleep due to the neighbors on one side. Then the next nite. Same thing only the other side. Woke up to a couple screaming and fighting Including a huge thud. I complained to the front desk. They said they were sorry. I personally think I should be compensated as I got no sleep at all.

Room was clean and service was fantastic. Only thing was that the battery went bad from the smoke detector and started beeping at 130am I called front desk and staff was friendly and brought me a battery quickly but that battery also wasn’t good and the smoke detector beeped all night the only thing staff can do was give us new batteries but that didn’t work.

Clean room. Very basic. Only has queen beds, no kings. Water doesn't get very Hot, just lukewarm for showers. Only one night stand, makes it difficult for couples. Staff is very nice. It's got an exercise room & paid laundry room. It's newer, so in good repair, in a safe area of East County. We basically just needed a place to lay our heads & sleep, so for the money & peace of mind, this worked for us.

The only good thing that is new. Booked a two queen. Which supposed to sleep four people. Only had two medium towels and two wash cloth and one small tube of shampoo. Nothing else. No hair dryer, no iron. Bare bones. Spend your money elsewhere. They make a physical copy of your driver license.
