The staff was kind and responsive over chat and in person. Stay away from the coffee shop in the premises. The staff is rude, slow, and the food is pretry bad. There is mold and water damage in several walls in my room, the room is very noisy because the kitchen is right behind the room the Wi-Fi works although choppy. There are no hooks in the bathroom. The toiletries they give you are very bad. There's no blackout shades for the window. The hallway flooring is in very bad shape worn out but walkable

Avoid at all costs

Received an email the evening before saying they were fully booked and I could not stay despite having paid in full. Would not answer the phone. Took an hour to respond to WhatsApp messages. Apparently bookings via this app are subject to availability so not guaranteed. This was over a week ago and I am still waiting on a refund. Hotels.com have been provided with evidence that I was denied access but have so far failed to issue my refund.

Hostel simples, bem localizado e staff simpático

Hostel simples mas super bem localizado. Fiquei no quarto 8, para uma pessoa e com banheiro privativo. É um prédio bem antigo, então o banheiro precisa de uma reforma, mas atendeu bem. Roupas de camas bem limpas e cama confortável. Wi FI funcionou bem. Não há recepção, as instruções vem todas via whatsapp e sempre me respondiam quando eu precisava. Na entrada no hostel tem um café, com muitas opções e funcionários simpáticos. O Nicolas e equipe me atenderam muito bem. A localização é maravilhosa, da para ir a pé no sky costanera e shopping que fica anexo ao prédio.

Peor de lo que parece

La habitación estaba bien. El baño compartido consistía en un inodoro y una ducha para más de diez habitaciones, lo cual tuvo efectos en la disponibilidad y la limpieza. No reponen shampoo (no hubo en los tres días, los dispensadores estaban como nuevos). El personal del Hostel trabaja a deshoras de los requeridos para un alojamiento: no me pudieron confirmar la reserva porque era feriado, por lo cual tuve que llegar al otro día del feriado cruzando los dedos para que mi reserva estuviera ok. Luego no estuvieron disponibles para cobrar a lo largo de la estancia y me trasladaron el problema a mi. No fui buscando un alojamiento top, pero me encontré con carencias en servicios esenciales

Hotel com boa localização mas precisa de melhorias

Hotel muito bem localizado em Providência, a 5 minutos a pé do Costanera Center, Metrô e próximo de principais pontos turísticos e bairros boêmios de Santiago. Me hospedei em um quarto de solteiro. O hotel em si está em boas condições, mas não é novo e precisa de reformas. Piso do hotel, as portas e as camas são de madeira, há apenas um banheiro para todos os hóspedes, precisando levar shampoo, condicionador e sabonete. As geladeiras também são compartilhadas e não há dentro dos quartos. O Wi-Fi oscila constantemente (no quarto 9 praticamente não funciona. Precisei sentar na mesa em frente ao quarto para conectar a rede). Pontos positivos: Atendimento muito bom, café da manhã ok, limpeza impecável, cama muito confortável, água disponível e auto check-in e check-out A melhorar: Wi-Fi que oscila constantemente, ventilação do quarto 9 é inexistente, muito quente durante o dia, não é possível evitar a entrada da luz solar durante a manhã e horário do café da manhã inicia muito tarde e disponibilizar mais um banheiro.

Opción buena, bonita y barata cerca de todo.

Buena opción en un excelente sector de Providencia, desayuno preciso, habitación comoda. Solo falta un poco de ventilación o aire acondicionado en la habitación
