We stayed here recently for one night after our cruise and found it the perfect spot to enjoy a day in Santiago. It was close to some great restaurants, and an easy walk to the Hop On Hop Off bus stop near the funicular. Modern, clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. We are light breakfast eaters, so it was great for us, but if you would like a hearty breakfast, may not be something you like. They also arranged our cab to the airport at the end of the day and had no problem storing our bags for our day of exploring.

Location and quiet

Modern design hotel in a strategic location. The hotel is quiet and peaceful and the staff was friendly. Wi-Fi worked great and I had perhaps the best hotel scrambled eggs in 10 years.

It was just for one night, however the parking sistem is uncomfortable, you have to walk many block to get there, and if you coming at night is a little dangerous.

Location is perfect.

Spent 3 days in Santiago and found Ismael was perfect for my stay. It's in a great part of town (Lastarria) so you're where the action if you're interested. Short walk to bars/restaurants. Pretty much ideally located. Room perfectly adequate and clean. Staff brilliant and helpfully looked after bags as was early for check in. Pool on the small side but great for relax. You can't be swimming in it as such. Would defo be back to ismael if ever in Santiago
