Booking was for 501 usd but I was charged 591. I told the reception the bill is incorrect. They apologized and said it’s been fixed. And they never fixed it or replied to me when I inquired again after leaving.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and was very enjoyable. It was convenient that the hotel allowed us to store our bags while we explored the city. However, our room was not serviced during our two-day stay. My main complaint is that the beers and water were not cold — even at the bar — and the fridge did not keep drinks cold. I asked the bar for ice and an ice bucket but was told none was available. When I contacted the front desk, it took an hour for them to bring anything. Disappointing during hot Santiago summer day.

Breakfast is included. Was a very nice breakfast. They allowed us to store our baggage after checkout so we could explore the city, and then get a shuttle ride to the airport. Very nice staff.

Do not stay at this hotel. This is the worst Marriott I have ever stayed at. The service was so bad at the restaurant and the quality of the food was super low. Also no internet the whole day!! I had reserved a king bed room and they didn't have one, so ended up in a queen size bed. Honestly really disappointed with the hotel.

We stayed here on our way back and forth from our trip to Puerto natales. However the service could be lot better than what we expected it be for a marriot hotel to be. We were denied water/hotwater on the first night stay at this place forget about serving breakfast. On our way back we did receive, complimentary brkfst however with very limited options. Also the shuttle service & the dirver itself were great but instructions guven to them were terrible and due to lang barrier we had a huge differenceand were worried for a bit. Otherwise hotel itself was ok.

All hotel staff are amazing! Even though there was a large event at the hotel that night, we were treated just as special , with personal attention and helpful advice. Great place to stay close to the airport, and downtown is only a 20 minute ride away.
