Located in a secure residential complex with just 5 buildings, each housing 6 apartments, our community offers a cozy and convenient stay.

The apartment is modern and has all new furnisher and electric appliances all you need.

2 Air conditioners and 2 Televisions in the livingroom and the master bedroom. We have a queen sized bed two nights tables and a crib in the master bedroom and , a full size bed in the secondary bedroom, and one twin bed and one bunk bed in the third bedroom.

There is a power inverter in the rare case that power goes out.

We also have a water heater for each bathroom, which is turned on through a switch.

The bathrooms is fully equipped with towels and bedsheets if needed as by the client.

The kitchen has a stove with an oven, all the kitchen utencils including dining utencils, cups, pots, pans, microwaves and a coffee machine.

You can enjoy your meals on the 6 seat dinning table.
You can feel free to use all spaces inside the apartment, nice and comfortable and very clean and space with easy access inside of the residential and easy going to all the city National District.

Nearby, you’ll find shopping centers and restaurants, with transportation routes just a block away at affordable prices. The train station is only 5 minutes away for quick travel, and Boca Chica Beach is a 30-minute drive.

Supermarkets are conveniently located around the residence, and many offer free delivery to your apartment. The Liverpool Supermarket is right across from the complex, and Bravo and Ole supermarkets, along with La Sirena shopping center, are just minutes away.
