Remaining true to the traditional character of the island, our 2 acres, Sea View Villa is all about the beautiful balance of comfort, luxury and elegance. Sea View Villa is spacious and bathed in natural light. It can accommodate up to seven people which makes it ideal for families, couples, or group of friends. It features 3 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms at around 17 sq.m. each), 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, beautifully furnished living room, dining area, 2 furnished verandas (sea view and mountain view), barbecue area, parking and 1000 sq.m. of garden.
Villa offers great privacy due to its structure, location and surrounding gardens. It is situated in Kamari, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, the 8th century B.C. archaeological site of Ancient Thira, the airport and bus stop.
Start your day with coffee on the balcony to enjoy the Greek sunny lazy days or grab some fruits from our garden and take a long walk by the beach before you return to the comfortable living room to relax. Prepare your meals at the fully equipped kitchen or have a bbq with your family and friends.

SEA VIEW VILLA | RENTAL RULES Smoking Policy: the inside of the house is a no-smoking zone. Pet Policy: pets are not allowed. Maximum Occupancy: maximum occupancy is 8 people and total number of guests must be clearly stated during booking. Extra person fees apply. Guests of guests are not allowed to stay overnight. Check-in and Checkout Times: always agreed upon, pre-arrival. Please send arrival and departure times along with flight number and/or ferry name pre-arrival. Appliances: only use appliances for their intended uses. Housekeeping: there is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate. While linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. General Property Condition: please keep the property and all furnishings in good order System Failure: in case of failure of a system or amenity during your stay, including but not limited to, water, heating, air-conditioning, electrical, mechanical, structural systems, major appliances, or entertainment equipment, the owners shall promptly repair them. You agree to permit access to the property to make repairs. Personal Belongings: the owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Safety deposit box is provided. Health and Safety: the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. First aid kit along with nearby medical facilities contact information and location are provided. Roof Top Access: access to the rooftop is strictly forbidden. Basement Access: access to the basement is strictly forbidden. Water: the property is connected to the municipality water supply and has its own water supply (well). Tap water (municipality and well) is not drinkable. Mineral water will be provided during your arrival and you will need to purchase extra. Septic: the septic system is effective; however, it will clog up if toilet paper and/or other improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything. If it is found that items have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged the cost of the unclogging service. Access: guest shall allow owners access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Owners shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

Beautiful villa, great host.

The Villa is spacious, clean, well decorated and fully stocked. We even had little snack gifts from the host, Christina. Property manager, Tassos, was wonderful and extremely helpful. Our only issue was that the location was pretty secluded. You NEED a car. If you like secluded beaches, then you'll love it as the sea is 2 minutes away but the main Kamari beach is a 30 minute walk away.

Secluded villa away from it all...but close to so many things.

Christina is amazing...a very attentive host. We (4 ladies) arrived from the ferry and arranged for a taxi to take us to the house (about 30 min). Tassos, our second host arranged for a rental car from the airport to be dropped off at the house for us...which was perfect. You definitely need a car to stay at this location. The villa is only a 5-10 min drive to Kamari Beach. We also did Venetsanos Winery...a 15 min drive from the villa...which had the most breath taking sunset views. Oia is a 45 min drive...left at 10am, found parking easily and walked the little town, shopped and had lunch there...spent half a day there. Also did a sailing tour around the island which was great, we were able to see the Red Beach, the White Beach, have a barbecue lunch, enjoy a nice swim...was just perfect. Also had dinner at Sea Side by Notos...such a cute restaurant (thanks Tassos for the tip). The trip was wonderful, totally happy with our stay there, and would definitely recommend! Only suggestions: -If you book a car, don't spend the money on a taxi to the airport. The villa is literally 5 min away from the airport, and the taxis were 40 euros for 2 people (limited taxi service there). Arrange to drop the car off at the airport. -Wifi in the house only works in the front part of the house...wish it extended to the bedrooms. -Second bathroom is small (perfect for kids), but for adults, kind of challenging to shower so the 4 of us ended up sharing one shower.

Beautiful & cosy villa - super close to the beach!

We stayed at Sea View Villa in June for 4 days! This spot is literally amazing. Everything was perfect - the villa is beautifully decorated, very well equipped and spotless clean. The location was very convenient as it is super close to the beach, which was almost empty when we stayed there. A mini market and a beach bar is close at hand. It takes about a 15 minutes walk to the city centre of Kamari, where you have a very large number of restaurants, cafes and shops. Fira and Oia are approximately a 20-30 minute drive away. Christina the owner was extremely friendly and super helpful throughout our entire stay. She gave us very helpful information which was priceless as she is a local Santorini resident. The attention to detail and the service which comes with this villa makes one feel super comfortable - we felt very pampered and really well looked after. We would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful property, great stay!

Everyone has a dream destination, and Santorini has always been mine. So, when my friends and I were planning our summer 2016 vacation, we knew that Santorini was the perfect destination. We chose to stay at a private house instead of a hotel for the privacy and the tranquility and Christina's villa turned to be the ideal place! House (indoors and outdoors) was large enough for the 6 of us and we just loved walking down the beach, as we didn't need to wait for each other to get ready; we could just meet at the beach! I wanna go back soon!

Sehr empfehlenswertes Haus!

Ich habe die SeaView Villa mit meinem Mann und Kind für eine Woche reserviert und würde es immer wieder machen wenn ich auf Santorin bin. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist innerhalb von 2 Minuten am Strand und das Dorf Kamari ist auch nur 3 Minuten mot dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus an sich ist auch sehr schön, hell und geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem. Das tollste am Haus sind die Balkons und der Garten. Christina, die Besitzerin war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt alles sehr empfehlenswert!! Alex
