Thera Princess is a wonderful summer holiday villa that arises on an idyllic spot in Pyrgos, Santorini, overlooking the Aegean Sea, over an endless horizon.

Thera Princess is part of a beautiful estate that includes 3 separate buildings and it can be rented separately or altogether.

This magical villa offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a fantastic infinity pool with a wonderful view, surrounded by vineyards and Mediterranean plants and cactus that complete the integration of the building in the landscape.

Earth-toned plaster has been applied to the exterior surfaces and floors, while white plaster and white mosaic has been applied to the interior surfaces.

Natural wood, marble, rusted steel, cement, plaster and clay are used in the handmade interior and exterior furniture.

The main villa offers also a very modern fully equipped kitchen, again with the sea view and direct access to the outdoor terrace, as well as computer working space for 2 people, all on the same level. On the upper floor, there are the 3 bedrooms as follows:

One bedroom with king size bed, TV, balcony with sea view and pool view.
The second bedroom features queen size bed, TV and balcony with sea views.
The 3rd bedroom features queen size bed, TV, terrace with land view on the back of the house.
The bedrooms are serviced from 2 full bathrooms with shower cabins situated on this floor.

From the main entrance of the house, stairs lead you to the lower floor where you can find a spa room with large hot tub, gym equipment, sitting area with satellite TV and a bedroom with queen size bed and a full bathroom with shower.

The outdoor features 1 outdoor swimming pool and large exterior sea view terraces with multiple levels, all equipped with loungers, sunbeds, poofs and outdoors shaded dining area.

Santorini is undoubtedly one of the most picturesque islands in the Mediterranean. It is one of the Cycladic islands and it rests on an ancient volcano.
Among the attractions of the island there are its unique, traditional villages perched on the cliffs of the caldera.
Santorini basically offers the opportunity of a tranquil and relaxing holiday, but it also has a vibrant nightlife and it is interesting also from an historical point of view.
The island can be reached by sea and by plane having one of the biggest airport of the Cyclades.
