The Hotel was in nice location near the beach and many restaurants and shopping. Hotel was clean, Parking was expensive and you can't leave and then come back on your own or you pay additional. Room was ok. Nothing special. A bit small. shower wasn't great and leaked water on floor. There was very little soap and no wash cloths. We had to ask for extra pillows. Only had 2 on bed when we checked in. Not sure if it's cultural thing but they had sheet on mattress that wasn't fitted sheet. A/C worked good.

Only book this place if absolutely nothing else is available. The only thing that it has going for it is the close location near Gonzaga beach. No hand towels are provided. The wifi is terrible. The pillows were so bad that we had to go to a store and buy replacements. Water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. The TV remote for the tiny TV barely worked. We had to buy soap because the supplied soap bars were barely usable. The tail light of my car was ripped off somehow in the paid valet parking lot. The hotel looks nice on the outside and appears like it would be a great place to stay. This is a quintessential example of a hotel brand that does not care about their product. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Péssima experiência. Chegamos bem tarde. Fomos deitar e os dois (eu e minha esposa) não paramos de nos coçar. Além disso, o ralo do box estava entupido. Inundou todo o banheiro. Isso deveria ser checado antes do hospede entrar. Como limparam o box e não identificaram isso? Ou não foi lavado?

O atendimento da equipe do hotel é cordial e atencioso, porém pouco resolutivo diante dos problemas apresentados. O quarto é extremamente pequeno e sequer possui uma mesa adequada para apoiar um computador, o que dificulta bastante para quem precisa trabalhar durante a hospedagem.O principal problema, no entanto, foi o forte mau cheiro vindo do banheiro, aparentemente disfarçado com uma mistura de cloro ou água sanitária. A mesma solução parecia estar sendo utilizada para tentar encobrir o cheiro intenso de mofo presente no quarto. Ao solicitar a troca de quarto, a solução oferecida foi apenas aplicar novamente essa mistura, o que claramente se mostrou uma medida paliativa e ineficaz. Outro ponto bastante negativo é o ar-condicionado central dos quartos. Sempre que era ligado, surgia um odor forte de mofo. Em diversos momentos, o próprio hall do hotel também apresentava esse mesmo cheiro característico, possivelmente pela mesma razão. A situação é agravada pelo fato de os corredores serem totalmente carpetados — algo bastante questionável para um hotel localizado no litoral e aparentemente sem ventilação adequada. Infelizmente, passei mal desde a manhã do primeiro dia (após a primeira noite de hospedagem) e permaneci assim até o final da estadia, quatro noites depois. Para tentar minimizar o problema, precisei dormir todas as demais noites com o ar-condicionado desligado e a janela apenas semiaberta, já que ela não abre completamente. Uma experiência bastante decepcionante.
Para se ter idéia do nível de "limpeza" adeaquada.
Palito de dentes esqueciso pelo hóspede anterior o que me leva a perguntar: houve adequada higienização no banheiro e quarto?
