Ao contratar a estadia liguei para o hotel para saber se a piscina era realmente aquecida como é informado no próprio site do hotel, já que estava viajando com 2 crianças. Inicialmente reservei uma diária por não conhecer o hotel. Foi me informado que sim, a piscina era aquecida, qual foi a minha surpresa ao usar a referida piscina a mesma não é aquecida, nem pre aquecida, nem morna. E simplesmente em temperatura ambiente de piscina externa! O que me levou a contratar a estadia foi exatamente o diferencial de ter piscina aquecida e a confirmação do atendente via telefone um dia antes da hospedagem. A meu ver isto é pura falta de transparência e respeito com o hóspede.
