Horrific communication with the management group 360. Worst in all of Brazil. They're not even able to bring you towels, except for "within a 48 hour window", after you ask for them. Reception at the building has nothing to do with the management group, so they won't arrange anything together, not even to hold a drop off of towels to reception. With 360 Management, one is obliged to speak to A.I. ONLY on WhatsApp. One can never speak to an actual human on the phone. To speak to a human, on WhatsApp takes an eternity. HORRIBLE.

The days of my stay were very cold, and the apartment had no heating system. The blanket was extremely thin, so I was a bit cold during the night. When I asked for a heater or extra blanket, I was told it wasn't possible. The apartment is very nice, but the service was average to poor.

O único ponto foi que estava um pouco sujo na hora que chegamos, mas entendemos pois é um prédio novo e estão com alguns studios em construção ainda (acredito eu), fora isso, a acomodação é ótima, cama bem confortável, itens de cozinha novos e bons para uso, geladeira também em ótima condição, e tem vários armários para que suas coisas não fiquem “espalhadas” ar condicionado ótimo também, o banheiro é acessível e tem itens de apoio para PCD, gostei disso também! Também deixam um sabonete e shampoo para uso para os esquecidos como eu kk. A estação vila Madalena fica a 1 quarteirão e meio, caminhadinha de 5 minutos, excelente localização para quem chega tarde!!! Também tem vários bares ao redor do bairro para caso queira sair à noite, e um mercado OXXO e um Pão De açúcar na rua de baixo e ajuda muito para buscar os itens necessários! Fiquei com receio no começo pois não conhecia a 360 suítes mas tive uma excelente estadia, e a portaria é 24h!
