Apartamento novo, bom estado de conservação e bem localizado. Dispõe de alguns utensílios domésticos. Não tem secador de cabelo. A comunicação com a propriedade é extremamente difícil. Menu automático e burocrático. Alguns atendentes são simpáticos, outros não. Se precisa pedir antecipação de check-in ou late check-out, não recomendo o local.
